About Me

Hi, I'm Muhammad Adnan

WhatsApp Business API Developer & Consultant

I didn't start with a computer science degree or follow a traditional path into software development. I taught myself how to code by building things, solving real problems, and learning new technologies whenever a project demanded them.

Today, I specialize in WhatsApp Business API development while also working with social media marketing automation, AI chatbots, CRM integrations, lead generation systems, SaaS products, and custom business software.

What started as curiosity about how software works eventually became a career combining development and marketing automation to build practical systems that businesses actually use.

My Story

From Curiosity to Building Real Software

My academic background is very different from the work I do today. I first studied FSc Medical and later completed a BS in English. At that point, software development was never part of my original career plan.

My interest in technology started through curiosity. I wanted to understand how software worked, how websites and applications communicated with each other, and how repetitive tasks could be automated instead of being handled manually.

I started teaching myself programming and gradually moved from small experiments to real applications. Every new project pushed me to learn something else, from backend development and databases to APIs, webhooks, frontend applications, desktop software, and automation workflows.

Over time, business communication and automation became a major part of my work. That eventually led me deeper into the WhatsApp Business Platform, where I began building Cloud API integrations, automated messaging systems, chatbots, CRM workflows, and custom WhatsApp solutions.

What began as independent learning has now become the foundation of the software products, automation systems, and client solutions I build today.

Learning Journey

Learning the Hard Way Made Me a Better Developer

Being self taught was never the easiest route, but looking back, I'm glad I learned the way I did. I spent countless hours watching tutorials, reading documentation, searching for answers, breaking things, fixing them, and trying again until I understood what was happening.

That process taught me more than just programming languages. It taught me how to approach unfamiliar problems, research them, understand why something is failing, and keep working until I find a practical solution.

It Wasn't Easy in the Beginning

Starting from zero was difficult. I had no computer science background and there was a lot I did not understand. Even basic errors could take hours to figure out, but solving those problems slowly built my confidence.

Countless Hours of YouTube

YouTube became one of my biggest classrooms. I watched countless tutorials, followed developers building projects, paused videos to understand concepts, tried things myself, and often watched the same topic from different people until it finally made sense.

Learning Through Documentation

Tutorials helped me get started, but documentation became just as important. I learned how to read technical docs, understand APIs, follow examples, and figure out how different technologies were meant to work.

Debugging Became Part of Learning

Some of my best lessons came from things not working. I spent a lot of time reading errors, tracing problems, searching for answers, testing different solutions, and understanding what was actually causing something to fail.

Projects Became My Classroom

Every project pushed me into something new. That gradually took me through frontend development, backend systems, databases, APIs, webhooks, authentication, desktop applications, deployment, and third-party integrations.

From Learning to Building Real Products

Eventually I was no longer building things only to learn. I started creating complete products and business systems, which taught me about reliability, users, integrations, maintenance, deployment, and solving problems beyond the code itself.

Finding My Focus in Automation

As I built more software, I became especially interested in automation and business communication. I enjoyed finding repetitive processes and turning them into systems that could save time, manage leads, connect platforms, and improve business workflows.

Specializing in WhatsApp Business API

That path eventually brought me deeper into the WhatsApp Business Platform. Today, WhatsApp Business API development is one of my main areas of specialization, including Cloud API integrations, webhooks, message templates, chatbots, CRM workflows, and custom automation systems.

I still learn the same way today. New projects continue to introduce new challenges, and solving those challenges is still one of the parts of development I enjoy most.

Where That Journey Led Me

Today, I Build Software Around Business Communication & Automation

What started as curiosity about software gradually became a career focused on solving real business problems with technology.

Today, most of my work sits at the intersection of WhatsApp Business API development, marketing automation, and custom software. I build systems that help businesses communicate with customers, manage leads, automate repetitive work, and connect the tools they already use.

WhatsApp Business API Development

WhatsApp Business API development became one of my main areas of specialization. I work with the official Cloud API to build integrations, messaging workflows, chatbots, webhooks, notifications, CRM connections, and custom communication systems.

Social Media Marketing Automation

My work also expanded into social media and marketing automation. I build systems for outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, campaign workflows, and repetitive marketing activities across different channels.

Automation & AI Workflows

I enjoy finding processes that take too much manual effort and turning them into practical automation. This includes AI-assisted conversations, lead qualification, workflow automation, customer communication, and integrations between different systems.

Custom Software Development

Because I learned development across the full stack, I can build more than individual automations. My work includes SaaS platforms, web applications, APIs, databases, dashboards, desktop software, and complete business systems.

Products I've Built

Turning Ideas Into Real Software Products

One of the biggest parts of my development journey has been building my own products. Creating complete software taught me much more than building individual features or following tutorials.

I had to think about the complete product, including how users interact with it, how the backend works, how data is stored, how different services communicate, how problems are handled, and how the software continues working after it is released.

WhatsApp Automation Platform

WupHub

WupHub is a WhatsApp communication and automation platform I built for businesses that need better ways to manage messaging, campaigns, automated workflows, customer follow-ups, AI assistance, and business integrations.

Building WupHub gave me practical experience with WhatsApp automation, backend systems, APIs, databases, user workflows, integrations, and the complete process of developing and maintaining a SaaS product.

Marketing Automation Software

Blaster Pro Tools

Blaster Pro Tools is a collection of software I developed for social media marketing, business outreach, lead generation, repetitive marketing activities, and automation workflows across multiple platforms.

Building these tools gave me practical experience with marketing automation, outreach workflows, data handling, lead generation, desktop software, and understanding how businesses use automation in everyday marketing.

Business Lead Generation

Business Contact Extractor

Business Contact Extractor is a Chrome extension I built for collecting business names, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, and additional contact information from Google search results and selected business websites.

Building it gave me experience with browser extension development, data extraction, website scanning, contact processing, filtering, and creating a workflow that turns online search results into organized business leads.

My Approach

I Start With the Business Problem, Not the Technology

I don't believe every business needs the same software or automation setup. Before writing code, I try to understand what is happening inside the existing workflow and what actually needs to change.

That helps me build solutions around real requirements instead of adding technology just because it is available.

Understand the Business First

I start by understanding how the business currently works, what the team is doing manually, where the problems are, and what the project actually needs to improve.

Plan the Right Workflow

Once the problem is clear, I design the workflow and decide how WhatsApp, APIs, databases, CRM systems, websites, or other tools should work together.

Build the Complete Solution

I handle the parts required to make the system work as one complete solution, including backend development, APIs, webhooks, databases, frontend interfaces, automation, and third-party integrations.

Test, Fix & Improve

I test real workflows, handle unexpected cases, fix problems, and improve the system based on how it behaves in actual use rather than assuming everything will work perfectly from the first version.

Whether I'm working on a WhatsApp Business API integration, marketing automation system, chatbot, CRM workflow, or custom software product, the goal is always to build something practical, maintainable, and useful for the people who will actually use it.

Technologies I Work With

Technologies Behind the Systems I Build

I choose technologies based on what a project actually needs. My work regularly involves the WhatsApp Business Platform, backend development, APIs, modern web applications, databases, and desktop software.
